Your role as Team Leader

• Plan, organize, and supervise the work on the construction site
• Work with the team to project execution
• Read and interpret landscaping plans
• Assign tasks and coordinate workers
• Supervise excavation and landscaping work
• Install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, sod, plantings, and drainage systems
• Operate machinery (mini-excavator, loader, etc.)
• Drive a 6-wheel truck with a trailer
• Ensure quality of work
• Maintain a positive work environment within the team
• Maintain equipment and vehicles

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in landscaping
• Experience as a team leader or natural leadership
• Class 5 driver's license Valid
• Ability to read plans
• Good physical condition
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Good leadership and team spirit
• DEP in landscaping (an asset)

Start date

2026 Season – starting in April

Drummondville and surrounding area

Job type: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract duration: 8 months
